❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once the order is placed and delivered, the amount is non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange is Available If:
You received a wrong product or wrong size
The product is damaged or defective
You are unsatisfied with the fit or style
📌 Exchange Terms:
Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
A clear photo/video of the issue must be shared for verification
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

No Cash Refund will be processed under any case, even for prepaid orders.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the exact same product is out of stock, customer can choose another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
Sale or offer items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged.
